V1 Signs Mentor-Protégé Agreement with Delex Systems, Inc.

HERNDON, VA – The Federal Aviation Administration today approved the Delex/V1 Mentor Protégé application to its Office of Small Business Programs. The approval of the Mentor-Protégé relationship means that V1 and Delex will formally build a close working relationship to meet FAA customer requirements.

“V1 and Delex have been teaming together on several initiatives for FAA and other U.S. government customers, a formal declaration of that relationship just made good sense and is mutually beneficial to both companies,” said V1 CEO Sam Harris. “As a small business, the fact that we can take advantage of some of their infrastructure is a real benefit to us in that it allows us to create and proffer better proposals. Of course the benefit for Delex is that now they’ll be able to count on V1 as a solid team partner in the years to come.”

Delex Systems, Inc. (www.delex.com) provides information technology, program management, modeling and simulation, research and analysis, and full-spectrum training solutions for domestic and international customers.
